First steps of resolving issues, when having trouble with your satellite system: 1. Unplug your system from the wall outlet for SIX minutes, and then plug it back in 2. Check to be sure that there is nothing blocking the dish (trees, shrubs, snow, ice) 3. Check to be sure the cables haven’t been broken, cut, or reconnected incorrectly 4. Is the TV on the correct channel (3, 4, 22, 33, 60, or 73) or input (most newer TV’s use HDMI) 5. Do you have fresh batteries in the remote? 6. Did you pay your bill this month? 7.
